original coca cola tastes awesome and is, above all, NATURAL. Diet coke may not raise insulin levels (what the hell doesnt? even amino acids spike insulin levels like crazy) as much as original COCA COLA, but it has so much chemical and crap in it (aspartame, sucralose or whatever crap) which causes the body damage.
Just follow a controlled diet and you can enjoy several cans of original coke every week.
